This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all payments, service bookings, cancellations, and refund related matters for services offered by Our Gurugram through its website ourgurugram.co.in and associated digital platforms.
By making any payment or availing any service from Our Gurugram, the client or user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
Nature of Services
Our Gurugram provides digital marketing and promotional services including but not limited to business listings, featured placements, social media promotions, advertising campaigns, content creation, and brand collaborations.
All services offered are digital in nature and do not involve any physical goods. Once a service is initiated or delivered, it is considered consumed.
No Refund Policy
All payments made to Our Gurugram are final and non refundable.
Once a service has been confirmed, scheduled, initiated, or delivered, whether partially or fully, no refund requests shall be accepted under any circumstances. This includes cases where the client is dissatisfied with the outcome, performance, reach, or engagement of the service.
The client understands that digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors which are beyond the control of Our Gurugram.
Limited Exceptions
Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional situations at the sole discretion of Our Gurugram.
Such situations may include duplicate payments made by mistake or payment successfully processed but no service initiated within a reasonable and mutually agreed timeframe.
Even in such cases, Our Gurugram reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any refund request without obligation to provide justification.
Cancellation Policy
Once a service has been booked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
Any request for cancellation after confirmation shall not be eligible for any refund or credit. In cases where the client delays in providing required materials, approvals, or communication, the service timeline may be adjusted accordingly. However, such delays shall not be considered a valid reason for cancellation or refund.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, required content, approvals, and timely communication.
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities shall not entitle the client to any refund, cancellation, or compensation. Any delays caused due to client inaction may result in rescheduling or modification of service timelines at the discretion of Our Gurugram.
No Performance Guarantee
Our Gurugram does not guarantee any specific results including but not limited to sales, leads, customer engagement, reach, impressions, or conversions.
All services are provided based on best effort and industry practices. Any dissatisfaction with results shall not be considered grounds for refund or dispute.
Service Suspension or Termination
Our Gurugram reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any service at its discretion in case of policy violations, misuse, or non compliance by the client.
In such cases, no refund shall be provided and the decision of Our Gurugram shall be final and binding.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Services will only commence after successful payment confirmation. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope shall be chargeable separately.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized reversals without first contacting Our Gurugram for resolution.
Any such actions may result in immediate suspension of services and potential legal action where applicable.
Policy Updates
Our Gurugram reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of services after any changes shall constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
